UPCE Scholarship Program
To all members of the UPCE
As previously mentioned, the Union of Postal Communications Employees (UPCE) has created its own scholarship program for UPCE members and their children. This is in addition to any existing Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) scholarships.
The $2,000 UPCE Scholarship Program, is available to all UPCE members in standing (and their children), who are enrolled at a post-secondary institution.
