Employee Engagement Survey

Dear members of the UPCE,

We strongly encourage members of the UPCE to complete the survey and provide direction to Canada Post. We believe the survey to be an important tool to increase visibility on workplace issues. The current response rate is lower than expected.

You should have received a survey and instructions in the mail.

This is a crucial time for Canada Post. The Government of Canada recently completed its review of the corporation and we are seeing a number of important changes. There is recognition that corporate culture needs to change and that Canada Post needs to do more in order to meet the needs of its employees and customers.

To properly assess our workplaces and the needs of our members and its employees, Canada Post needs to hear from you. While information can be gathered through different mechanisms, the Employee Engagement Survey is an important tool that provides for an opportunity to have your voice heard in the workplace.

We will of course continue to represent your interests through other mechanisms, but a strong message to Canada Post on workplace issues allows us to have better discussions regarding our current path and the future.
